The greatest revolution begins within the human soul. Many people want to change the world, but very few pause to change themselves. A society becomes better when individuals become more honest, patient, disciplined, and just. Real transformation is not only political or social. It is also moral and spiritual.

The Qur’an says: “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.” Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:11. This verse gives us a powerful principle of personal and collective reform. Change begins inside the human being before it appears in families, institutions, and nations.

Self-development is not only about confidence or success. It is about controlling anger, reducing ego, seeking truth, becoming fair in judgment, and improving character. Before blaming society, we should ask whether we are contributing wisdom or adding more noise.

سب سے بڑا انقلاب انسان کے اندر شروع ہوتا ہے۔ بہت سے لوگ دنیا کو بدلنا چاہتے ہیں، مگر بہت کم لوگ خود کو بدلنے کے لیے سنجیدہ ہوتے ہیں۔ معاشرہ اس وقت بہتر ہوتا ہے جب افراد زیادہ سچے، صابر، منظم اور منصف مزاج بنتے ہیں۔

قرآن مجید فرماتا ہے: “بے شک اللہ کسی قوم کی حالت نہیں بدلتا جب تک وہ خود اپنے اندر کی حالت نہ بدلیں۔” سورۃ الرعد 13:11۔ یہ آیت ہمیں بتاتی ہے کہ حقیقی تبدیلی انسان کے باطن سے شروع ہوتی ہے۔

خود سازی صرف کامیابی یا اعتماد کا نام نہیں، بلکہ غصے پر قابو، انا کی اصلاح، حق کی تلاش، انصاف پسندی اور کردار کی پاکیزگی کا نام ہے۔ دنیا پر تنقید کرنے سے پہلے ہمیں اپنے اندر جھانکنا چاہیے۔
